Bagaimana Memilih ZOV Zno varistor
Untuk kebanyakan aplikasi, seleksi memiliki enam proses:
1) Kondisi operasi normal varistor
Tegangan Varistor: nilai tegangan di bawah uji arus konstan 1mA.
Pilih ZnO dengan voltase yang lebih tinggi.
AC / DC: max.rms.or tegangan DC.Pilih yang maks. Tegangannya sama atau lebih tinggi dari tegangan kerja puncak.
2) Energi transien yang diserap oleh ZnO
Untuk mengetahui energi yang diserap di ZnO, persamaan berikut dapat diterapkan:
E = K * IP * Vc * T
Dimana K adalah konstan. Nilai K adalah 1.0 untuk bentuk gelombang persegi panjang, 1,4 untuk bentuk gelombang 10/1000 us dan 8/20 us. Dan IP adalah arus puncak yang diterapkan, Vc adalah tegangan penjepitan yang saat ini diterapkan. T adalah lebar pulsa.
Perlu dicatat satu hal bahwa energi pengenal dan energi yang diserap dalam Varistor mungkin tidak sama
Ini memiliki situasi bahwa Varistor ZnO dengan tegangan penjepitan yang lebih baik akan menyerap lebih sedikit energi.
Hal ini sangat penting untuk menekankan bahwa ZnO Varistor yang lebih miskin akan menyerap energi yang lebih tinggi di Varistor ZnO itu sendiri dan Varistor ZnO yang lebih baik yang melakukan voltase klem yang lebih rendah akan menyerap lebih sedikit energi, namun sebenarnya memberikan perlindungan tegangan lebih baik.
1) maks. Tegangan transien bahwa peralatan yang harus dilindungi bisa bertahan. Pilihlah tegangan penjepitan lebih rendah dari pada peralatan yang bisa bertahan. Sangat mudah untuk menemukan tegangan penjepit Varistor ZnO dari kurva VI saat arus transien diketahui.
2) maks. Arus transien puncak yang dapat dicapai oleh resistor Varistor. Arus transien puncak dapat diukur di sirkuit. Jika transien dihasilkan oleh induktor, arus puncak tidak akan lebih dari arus induktor saat ini. Bila voltase transien dan rangkaian Impedansi garis diketahui, arus transien bisa didapat dengan menggunakan analisis grafis.
3) Jumlah arus transien yang diharapkan terjadi pada kehidupan selama mengevaluasi jumlah transien total pada rangkaian dan maks. Puncak arus kemudian memilih model yang sesuai ZnO Varistor yang bisa endrue.
4) Tentukan persyaratan disipasi daya. Jika transien menghasilkan panas dalam Varistor ZnO terlalu cepat, tidak dapat ditransfer selama interval pulsa dan akan menyebabkan Varistor ZnO gagal.
Dengan kondisi ini, disipasi daya yang begitu kuat harus sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditunjukkan pada tabel peringkat. Perlu dicatat bahwa ZnO Varistor hanya bisa menghilangkan aplikasi berulang yang melibatkan sejumlah besar disipasi energi rata-rata.
