Sebuah timah fleksibel atau timah dengan resistansi rendah harus digunakan untuk memaku TCO.
Resistensi kontak harus minimal, Resistensi kontak yang besar akan menyebabkan suhu yang lebih tinggi., TCO Berfungsi terlebih dahulu
Crimping
Cocok untuk kawat timah TCO adalah elektroda datar.
Pilih bahan crimping resistivitas kecil dan terpaku.
Proses crimping, untuk memastikan bahwa timah tidak akan terbalik, resin penyegelan tidak akan hancur.
Resistansi kontak harus minimal, Resistansi kontak yang besar akan menghasilkan suhu yang lebih tinggi, TCO Berfungsi terlebih dahulu.
